Our History

Quality Remodeling Specialists, Inc. has been serving southeastern WI since 1989. QRS is a highly qualified, full-service remodeling company serving residential and commercial clients. We specialize in lower level finishes. Kitchens, baths, and additions are included in our areas of expertise. We proudly stand behind our work with the highest degree of customer service. We are proud to be members of the BBB, NARI, and the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce. References and a certificate of insurance will gladly be furnished upon request.

Before Quality Remodeling Specialists, Inc. opened its doors, president Luis Ruiz studied in the rough and finish carpentry trades, enrolling in full apprenticeship programs since his youth. Luis continued to receive insight in the construction industry by working for large construction companies as foreman and project manager. Continued education through advanced studies and on-the-job training prepared Luis for his launch of QRS in 1989. Luis has earned Certified Remodeler and Certified Lead Carpenter status through NARI.

With six employees and a portfolio of dedicated subcontractors, Luis has created a team providing the best in remodeling expertise.
