Our Founder, Luis A. Ruiz studied in the rough and finish carpentry trades, enrolling in full apprenticeship programs since he was a young man. Luis continued to receive insight in the construction industry by working for large construction companies as foreman and project manager. He had a desire to be self-employed and a passion to bring Integrity and Professionalism to the industry. He continued his education through advanced studies and on-the-job training that prepared him for the launch of QRS in 1989. Luis has earned prestigious certifications through NARI:  Certified Remodeler and Certified Lead Carpenter.  Annually Luis meets requirements to maintain these certifications and his licenses.

Over the years, Luis has added to his staff a team of certified experts that share in his passion of attention to detail and focusing on customer satisfaction. QRS is dedicated to meeting or exceeding customer expectations at every phase of a renovation or remodeling project.  Even today, Luis oversees each project to ensure his team is living up to his high standards of excellence.
